I can't stand the odor of spoiling scraps. If I have to wash a container while smelling that all the time I might not compost…. Gixx's idea is a good one but there's no room in the fridge or freezer.

It's a shame that many of these CF bulbs are poorly manufactured. I've lost count of how many have failed in the first few months of use. It's quite a deterrant from purchasing them when they have such a hefty price tag. Perhaps I should return them and get a replacement….why I'm only just thinking this now I don't know!
